Garrison Hills Custom Farmhouse Build July Update

This stately, 4600 square foot farmhouse in the Garrison Hills community in Weaverville, is ahead of schedule as the construction process continues. The latest updates on the exterior include a modern garage door, exterior siding with a mixture of horizontal and board-batten siding. Large, oversized front and rear decks are ready for black horizontal metal railings.

Essential infrastructure work is in progress. The sewer system is being installed to be followed by the Well installation in a couple of weeks, followed by retaining walls around the property as needed and installation of an underground propane tank.

The interior construction progress looks fabulous. It includes installation of cabinets and countertops in the kitchen, pantry, laundry and bedrooms. Bath tile is on site to start installation in the next couple of weeks.. Beautiful 5” hardwoods are complete on two floors with a matching 7” vinyl flooring for the lower-level basement rooms. The electrical subcontractor is trimming out and installing fixtures. The plumbing subcontractor and HVAC subcontractor will be on site for the next few weeks.
